I was stopped by three policemen using two motor cars in May

Customer Question

I was stopped by three policemen using two motor cars in May 2013 at 8.30 on a Saturday
morning and was given a traffic ticket. This ticket had in the offence section, contravening
single white line and a traffic code TS20A. I have checked the full list of the DLVA traffic
offences and this one is not on the list, the only one refers to double white lines. I was told
it was a fixed penalty offence with a sixty pound fine and three points on my licence. I have
paid the fine and it has of course put up my insurance. If this is not an offence which is on
the DLVA list could you please advise if there would be any way I might appeal.
Thanking you in anticipation,
Derek Hankin
