We have had an historic debt of £47 with T mobile. This is now cleared but still showing on our credit report. Can you clear this quickly fro the credit reports.

Then if this is a merely a record kept of payment performance, rather than a judgment, you are not going to be able to remove it I'm afraid. It will likely stay there for 6 years from when it was due. That is, unless T-mobile agree to remove it, but I see this a lot, and companies often refuse to remove it because they say the record is technically accurate.

When T mobile were contacted they said they would remove it but it might take 7 to 14 days. Do we have to wait or is there anything else we can do.

You would need to wait for them to agree it .... without that, there is little you can do in that timeframe I'm afraid.
