My husband and his brother have the same christian names on their birth certificate, but when his mum was alive she said that she had him christened another name and that's the name they called him. He went in the services and has taken many jobs in this name we also got married in this name. And pays his national insurance in this name, but what happens when he dies.

What name is XXXXX XXXXX passport and driving licence?
What is your actual concern/
Customer: replied 4 years ago.
Are we actually married. He hasn't got a driving license and his passport has ran out couldn't tell you where it is.
Yes you are legally married and you will have no problem when he dies.
If he wishes to have a Passport in the correct name then he will have to sign a Change of Name Deed to show that he has adopted a new first name.
