A disabled man in a wheelchair has been evicted from his home

Customer Question

A disabled man in a wheelchair has been evicted from his home of eleven years, because the landlord would not carry out any repairs to the property ie, all the windows were rotton and falling out, the heating did'nt work properly and it was very damp. this man has been fighting cancer for the last eight years. The local council inspected the house and issued work notices and prepared legal notices for work to be done.It has now been discoverd that the lease was fraudulant ie,the owners on the lease were not the owners of the house, even the council sent their legal notices to the wrong place,ie the names on the lease. They were told to send their legal notices there, it turns out by the real landlord the man who lived next door.So the outcome was, the council was tricked and a very disabled man lost his home. I am one of this mans carers, can you please help him.
