I live in a flat, work part time and I am also a University student. Can I get student loan, if so how can I get it? And how do I pay it back? Lot of people at University said they got student loan for books and other stuff they may need.

Yes, you can get a tuition fee loan as a part time student up to 6750 at a public university or college or up to 4500 at a private university or college.

The application process is here:

As a part time student, you cannot get a loan for maintenance e.g. books, food, transport etc. Only tuition fees.

Repayment is done through your tax code via HMRC:

Hope this helps
