Customer Question

I have this shop i have been shopping for over 13yrs but recently some new people bought the shop over . I went there abt october last year to shop and i was told the owner of the shop told her sales assistant to stop selling things to me in the shop. I tought it was unfair and i have been discriminated on.

I am afraid this is not a police matter.

Shop owners normally have the right to decide who to let into their premises and who to ban. Although it is puzzling why you would not be served without a good reason, I am afraid legally there is not much you can do about it and my advice would be to shop elsewhere where your custom is welcome.

Hope this helps
