when sending Standard Disclosure by list to the Civil Court,

This answer was rated:

when sending Standard Disclosure by list to the Civil Court, does this mean I should send the whole documents or just a list of the documents/letters etc I intend to use? example e-mail dated 20-2-2012 to Mrs Smith or a copy of the e-mail?

It is just the list of documents, you should not send the actual documents until the court opr the other party specifically requests them.

Hope this helps

When they send their list to me, could I add more to my own at a later date?

When I see what they are sending, I might wish to include more.

You should make your list as comprehensive as possible to include all documents you have been asked to disclose by the court order.

Good luck
