I am the Director of Lepe Inshore Rescue Co No(NNN) NNN-NNNN . A Charity UK Youth Marine
Training Academy Ltd No(NNN) NNN-NNNNand Ltd Co(NNN) NNN-NNNN Who I have spate about money
they owe me . After a accident which 2 children were taken to Hospital lost their status
as a recognized sea rescue service with the Coast Guard. They now display signs
" Lepe Inshore Rescue Head Quarters and Lepe Inshore Rescue at the Operational
control. Purporting to be a recognized sea rescue service. and accepting donations
which may be confused with my Company. on the WWW they have a combination sign
Lepe inshore Rescue UK Youth Marine Training Academy with a disclaimer Lepe Inshore
Rescue has no association with any slimier named Company or UKIP Councillor Mr Philip
Pearce-Smith . Not much I can do about their use of Lepe Inshore Rescue ; but does
the last statement breach the data protection act disclosing my politics

You may get a local solicitor to write them a letter asking them to stop passing off their services as yours as people are likely to get confused by their use of Lepe Inshore Rescue as being your organisation or associated with your organisation, notwithstanding their disclaimer.

Personal data which is already in the public domain does not require consent so if the fact that you are a member of UKIP was already out in the public domain e.g. newspapers etc. then it would not be a breach of data protection especially if you actually are a UKIP member.
