We live in a rented property. On 12th December during the gales

Customer Question

We live in a rented property. On 12th December during the gales our fences blew down and then on 20th Feb our conservatory collapsed in the gales. We informed the land lord immediately. He was quick to try and blame us despite it being obvious storm damage. We were told not to try and remove any glass as the insurance company would do this. Today it is as it was then. We have glass everywhere. Our landlord was asked to get someone to fix the radiator in my daughter's bedroom. He turned up with 2 hours notice three times. My daugheter ( 17) was in the house. They stayed for over 2 hours each time and failed to do anything. When we complained about this, he said he didnt see it as a problem and also said that we had ;et the house go and probably caused the conservatory to fall down due to leaving a window open ( we didnt). We are very angry, we have cats and a garden we cant use as it is full of glass. What are our rights here?but
