I want to take a company to court for unpaid invoices. Can anyone help with the process and what will be the cost?

Thank you for your question and welcome. My name is AJ and I will assist you.

How much are you owed?

A statutory demand will not cost £10-£15k. A stat demand is good to use where the debt is not disputed. Once it has been served the company will have 21 days to pay and if they fail to do so, you can petition to wind it up.

Winding up the company may be expensive but so will county court action. Does the company have any assets as far as you are aware?
