Hello, I have just been through a messy three year divorce

Customer Question

Hello, I have just been through a messy three year divorce and due to employment issues resulting in little or no salary for 18 months and very substantial debts I have used about £25K-£30K worth of joint savings which the court gave to my ex-wife. What are the courts likely to do? Regards, XXXXX XXXXX
