Customer Question

I own a property (90%) with my son (10%). His partner of 10 years left the house 2 years ago along with their two children. I have paid all of the mortgage repayments plus many other bills. She is threatening me with TLATA for a beneficial interest in the property. Is this feasible. This was purchased before they were together.

May I ask please if there is a deed of trust that sets out the above shares you refer to?

Joshua :

Do you know if the mortgage is an interest only or repayment mortgage?
