we run a pub and our tenancy agreement expired on the 31/3/2014 but admiral taverns say we still have to give 3 months notice is this correct

Are you able to upload a copy of your tenancy agreement here?
Customer: replied 4 years ago.

not very good on lap tops so don't know how to upload the tenancy agreement would I need a scanner

Yes, you would need a scanner if you only have a hard copy of the agreement.

Are you able to read anywhere in the agreement where it says you must give 3 months notice?
Customer: replied 4 years ago.

can not find anything that states 3 months

Thank you.

In that case I do not see where the pub co. is getting the 3 months from and you should challenge them.

The beer discounts issue would depend on what has been agreed with them as well.

Hope this helps
