Hi If I gave my personal email to a company that I have dealings

If I gave my personal email to a company that I have dealings with. Do they have a right to give my email to someone an estate agents whom I had a disagreement with got their solicitor to contact me via my personal email and home address. Should my personal email have be used for this purpose?
