I run a fledgling film production company. A freelance producer

This answer was rated:

I run a fledgling film production company. A freelance producer on our latest film has all our actor release forms, she moved onto another project and although she said she would pass the forms back to us (Feb), she hasn't and now does not return phone calls, texts or emails. I believe the forms are our property. Can i threaten legal action?
Thank you for your question.

As the release forms at usually signed in favour of the production company, the freelancer has no right to keep them in normal circumstances and they are your property.

Perhaps a letter from your solicitor to her would focus her mind.
