own freehold land in staffordshire next to canal 4 acres.
In March 2013 let it to a small farmer for his daughters sheep on my own made up tenancy agreement for 5 years.
subsequently he has obtained permission from british waterways to park his boat along side the land which i suppose is good for him and the land.
my question is after 5 years can i obtain vacant possession by issuing my own tenancy determination and he has no rights over the land.
i can enclose copy of agreement if necessary
best regards

Could you upload a copy,of the agreement here?

Thank you Patrick,

The document looks fine and to the point.

It will not grant the tenant any further rights over the land than what is contained in the document.

Hope this helps
