I need to know what to do next ?

If the customer does not want you to complete the job, then that is her choice: you can offer to complete the job but she doesn't have to accept. As I say its her choice. But stopping you from doing the job means that she is pulling out of your agreement. She is basically in breach of contract and you are entitled to be paid for the job you've done.
