Been married for 22years Marriage has not been good for years The fact that I have been having an affair for eight months, would this affect my right to 50 per cent of assets We have a 14yr old daughter

No, you having an affair would not affect the final division of assets, behaviour is not taken into account unless it was so unreasonable that it would not be equitable if it was not taken into account.

Adultery is not punished by granting the other party more of the assets.
