i have a telegraph pole in mypaddock which supplies electric to the farm there is a covenant on That say thy have the right to take and electric supply Off 4farm use only now he has decided to convert the barn into houses where do i stand

In that case you may raise the issue that the covenant will be breached as he will not be using his land for farming but residential and you may either agree to him doing this or you may ask him to get the poles on your land removed.
