Covenant on propery restricting caravans on drive how do I get around it?
-Could you explain your situation a little more?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.
I wish to purchase a small caravan and keep it on the property when not in use it would be by the g arage and not outside the line of the properties a panel gate could be used to obscure its view.

Thank you.

The restriction is against the caravan being on the drive, if you can place it in such a way that it is not on the drive, you should be fine.

A panel gate would be fine, you need to check with your local council whether planning permission is required for it, depending on the dimensions of the gate.

Hope this helps

What classifies as drive is it up to building line or past house to garage which is joined to the property at the rear?
Driveway is usually a private access road to buildings.
