Hi I have found my daughter after she refused to contact

Customer Question

I have found my daughter after she refused to contact me for 2 years
I have offered her to live in my house whilst I am away as he had just broke up with her boyfriend
Her boyfriend has a criminal record for drugs I just found out
Can I find if my child has a criminal record?
If she is in the house she is 17 years old can I then evict her if she is behaving very badly (taking drugs and or wrecking the place etc?

Have you generally known what was happening in her life?
Do you have any reason to think that she has been in the youth court in the last two years?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

yes she all weekend, having underage sex was staying out all weekend having sex from the time before she was legal and posting about it on facebook as well as drugs so I think she may well have

The last 5 months she was living with a convicted drugs dealer he was on a tag and is still on a suspended 2 year goal sentence

Do you think it is safe to leave her in your house when you are not there?
