We are looking to hold a find a model competition to be on product packaging, products on the website and to be in our promotional video. The competition will run online with persons uploading photographs to enter. We are a little worried about the legalities as we want parents to post pictures of their babies/toddlers. The competition is open to all ages and we are also a bit worried about how we word our terms and conditions regarding parental consent for under 18's - is this something that you might be able to help me with.


It is fine for parents to send in photos of their babies/toddlers although may must specify that no naked photos should be submitted e.g. see here:
