Customer Question

I took a photograph in April of a runner competing in a race and I then posted this photo (among others) from the same race on Facebook. Last saturday, the Press and Journal used one of the photos I took from the race to accompany an article in their sports pages about the runner in question. No permission, contact or acknowledgement, and this for a photo that took over almost a quarter of a page of their sports section. I emailed them a week ago and have had no reply so I wish to take this further. I am not a professional photographer, but this picture is still my work, and I feel it has been stolen for commercial gain.
