My daughter died in December 2012 of Laxative Abuse. Georgia

Customer Question

My daughter died in December 2012 of Laxative Abuse. Georgia lived in Central London and was able on her credit card to order 1000s upon 1000s of Laxative from Ocado the delivery supermarket. We purposely did not mention their name at Georgia's inquest. Do we have a case against Ocado of breaching the guidelines in the selling of Dulcolax. All the hundreds if not thousands of packets where sent to one address - a flat in SW London. No one thought to question the orders.

Hello. I am a solicitor with over 15 years experience. I will try to help you with this.

LondonlawyerJ :

If there are guidelines for companies selling dulcolax (I have struggled to find them on line)mand theyhave been bfreached then this may well help found a claim against OCADO.
