On June 14th. I ordered two trial cosmetics from Luminist, Cradley Heath Birmingham. All I had to pay was postage and packing, for which they took my details, and they arrived the following week. On July 3rd this firm had removed the sum of £179-88 from my bank account without authorisation, because I did not send an order. I emailed their customer services on July 3rd. and asked them for an explanation, I also wrote a letter to the address on the invoice of the trial products, which would have been received on Friday 4th, July, with a first class stamp, with the same message. I have heard absolutely nothing from them by today Friday July 11th. Have I given them long enough to reply, and where do I go from here?
