Customer: replied 3 years ago.

I appealed against 3 penalty points and a fine given by police.

the case went to magistrates which in turn they send me the forms to make a representation.

although I ticked the box that I will attend in person the court never notified me with a hearing date.

now I have received a DVLA letter asking me to send the license for endorsement

how can appeal magistrates decision

I see you haven't yet left feedback for a previous answer so I would be grateful if you could do that now.
Do the DVLA have the right address for you and your vehicle?
