Its bad news I am afraid.
I have considered your position very carefully.
If you have signed up for the course and indeed started it then I am sorry to say you are due to pay the fees of that course.
They wont even be able to sell your place because you started the course.
You ask about unfair terms given you want to withdraw and it is not them who want to alter or break the contract unfair terms would not apply in this cae.
* case *
You had started the contract and decided to withdraw.
It is like if you sign a mobile contract for 2 years and after a month or so want out - sadly you are bound by the term,
I am very sorry if this is not the answer you want and certainly not the one I want to give you, but I have a duty to be honest
Can I clarify anything for you about this today please?
There is no need to apologise. I thank you for your honest and clear response.
