have 3childrens two are under 18 one is 18 now in passport the visa states on settlement visa accompany parents both British citizens jastoni berry bday20/11/1999 josh berrybday 2/5/1997 maria berrybday 30/10/1995 I want my children to be a british citizens same time..but my worried is my daughter she reach age 18 now we don't know what to do all my kids.please advice my children come over here june 9.2012.and the visa expired august 11 2014.we look in the computer nothing to say concerning about the accompany parents..can u advice please because we are very worried...

Hello Brian,

You do not need to worry about your daughter turning 18.

It only means that her application will be known as naturalisation instead of registration as only children under 18 may be registered.

However, you may also make this naturalisation application at the same time as the rest of the family's so that it is considered under the same family application.
