Customer Question

a family member, with rights to remain in the UK has been given a prison sentence of 2 years. She is charged with negligence and perversion of the course of justice. She is now being faced with deportation orders but has not yet been taken to a detention centre. She is now nearly half way through her sentence and should have had her community visit this month while at at open prison. She has, however, been removed from open prison today back to a closed prison because she is a foreign national. What are her chances of being deported back to her country? Will she complete her sentence there? She has got family ties in this country including her children who are now in care.
