My late fathers will did not go to probate. Is there a possibility

Customer Question

My late fathers will did not go to probate. Is there a possibility it could be registered elsewhere?

UKSolicitorJA : Hello
UKSolicitorJA : A Will only becomes a public document once probate has been granted.
UKSolicitorJA : If probate was never granted, then I am afraid the whereabouts of the Will will be a private Matter and difficult to find out without information from the will maker or persons familiar with the matter.
