hi I paid for a car several years costing £10.000 for my daughter and son in law
they have the repayments directly into my bank as the balance was not coming down due to the interest I took out a loan for them last year at present they owe £6.800 and we have had a huge falling out and my daughter is now refusing to pay the loan
please can you tel me if I have any legal right to make her pay the loan

Yes, you do. There was a contract which required her to repay this. If she has been repaying then you will not have any problem with proving this and anyway a court is not likely to accept that she wasn't supposed to make repayments given that she is an adult.
