We feel we have a grievance with RBS. We ran our pub, rest, b & b for a number of years. After the fall through of the sale of our business RBS we're charging in the region of £8,000 arrangement fee every 3 months as a renewal fee. As a result of this we lost our business .do we have any comeback with them for this as we believe it was excessive.
