my great anut recently died and held a joint bank account with my dad. Her nephew ( not my dad) as executor of her will is claiming that the funds in the joint account have to be spilt with him as the will states half her estaes goes to him.
i do not believe that he has any claim to the fund in the joint account, is this correct
