As you are a wear most company's have set up a pension scheme for their employers, my company has done this for me in the government backed nest pension provider. the payment comes out of my wages each month but my employer is failing to pass not only my payment but that also of their payment each month. I am constantly having to chase them to put the payments in. As it stands at the moment they haven't payed anything in now for two months thus holding my wages contributions in their bank account and not transferring it in to my pension pot. Where do I stand as they do not seem to be interested of taking the matter serious.
Thank you for your question.
