I have gone through a divorce, on the 26/6/2014 I was granted a final settlement order, it has just been brought to my attention, that my ex husband has got a ppi on our mortgage insurance and has only let me know because it has both our names on cheque, he has done this underhanded and I would like to know if he has broke any rules from consent order.
A all claims for income
B all claims for capital being lump sum payments and transfer of property
C all claims in respect of each other's pension
D all claims in respect of personal belongings and contents
E all claims in respect of costs
F all claims against each other's estates
G all other claims of any nature which one may have against the other as a result of their marriage either in England and Wales or any other jurisdiction.
