Hi! If non-EU spouse who resides in UK under EU freedom of movement as EU family member for last 3 year and became EU citizen will the residence time spent in UK be counted for UK citizenship which is 5 (to get permanent resident status) and 1 plus if he/she wants to naturalized as British. Or otherwise.

Yes, all the time spent in the UK by this person will count towards permanent residency and Citizenship purposes.

It does not matter that the person became an EU citizen during this time in the UK.
