Hi, the buyer of my business is asking to see my bank statements for the last 6 months. I don't feel comfortable for them to see my statements, and don't understand why they need this. Do they have a right to ask for this and do I have an obligation to share?

If this is a limited company than you can perhaps consider disclosing the bank statements subject only to the buyer signing a confidentiality agreement.
If it is personal bank statements there is no obligation on you disclose them, unless you have contractual obligation to do so.
