Customer Question

We have a rental house which had new carpets fitted prior to new remnants in July
Last night we received a call saying there was a water leak
On further inspection it turns out a nail from one of the carpet door bars has punctured a pipe
The carpet fitter has had a look and says all the nails have been changed for longer ones
The remnants say they have not changed anything
