Customer Question

HI gave my husband money so he could buy into a Company with two other colleagues, with the proviso he would give me 50 per cent of the dividend pay out the directors would receive each year ( my husbands colleagues were unaware that it was my money he had - he did not want them to know ! My husband has not given me any dividend since our divorce, even though he promised he would - we were married 28 years, some years the directors received up to £50.000. I thought he would keep his promise. He also lied in court by saying that he was supporting his new wife & her three children because her ex was bankrupt, which is not true he also told the Judge his company had collapsed when in fact it is still running 18 years later ! How do I go about trying to have some of the dividend money due to me. Ido not have enough money to pay all my bills, while he & his wife have bought a very large house and have two to three holidays, while I have not been able to afford 1holiday since our divorce. Can you give some help & suggestions please - I have had to retire re age & I have had Cancer three times. Mrs B G Mortimer. BA14 7DH
