I bought a gogo. Elite 4disabled scooter January 13 this year it failed two weeks ago I contacted care co discount mobility, they sent repair man who said the main control unit was at fault . care co have said they will not cover it under the twelve month electrical warranty as it was our fault for using it in the wet keeping it in a damp place .the scooter is kept in the dry we do not go out in the rain or anywhere it would get that wet. I feel they should inform customers they can only use it when It is dry can help.
