I applied for a loan from a company called Fast SameDay

Customer Question

I applied for a loan from a company called Fast SameDay loans. My contact is called Mr.***** *****. I was approved for £3000.00. APR 8.5 % with monthly instalments set at £110.00 per month. Money did not land in my account. Contacted them on *********** Spoke to Mr Smith and was told my credit score was not good enough and had to pay the first months fee up front. I was given a Barclays account number and Sort Code which I have and the name on the account was that of the Director when I questioned it. I sent the money and again was told money in my account within next ten minutes. Never landed contacted again put through to Finance officer, was told Bank Transfer failed because FSA blocked it because my credit score was not good enough and instead I had to pay for an Electronic Transfer. Fee £240.00. I argued with that I was not told of any of these charges before if I had I would not have proceeded. They said it was not a scam but they are bound by FSA RULES and to get my loan I had to pay this fee which would be refunded by the loan company. As the banks were closed they asked me to get a UKASH VOUCHER. THIS I DID AND SENT THE NUMBERS DOWN TO THEM. NO MONEY AGAIN. Contacted them again and this time had a very load argument with the head of financial transfers. He during our argument explained that the FSA had again blocked it and said I must accept a loan of £3500 but I had to pay £260 to make up the difference which would then be refunded in the loan of £3500 making the original loan £3000 for which I had paid the first instalment.i refused to pay and asked for my money back. Line went dead. After several attempts of asking to speak to Mr J. smith I was told he was not available. I asked to speak it financial officer and when I did I asked him for a refund as I said I am not going through with the loan as I cannot afford these fees and I think it is a scam. He said he would look into it and get back to me. HE NEVER DID. HOW DO I GET MY MONEY BACK FROM THESE SCAMMERS AND HAVE ANY OTHER PEOPLE USED THIS LOAN COMPANY AND DID THEY GET A LOAN? Thank you Mr. XXXXX

I am afraid you have been theistic of fraud and you should report the matter to the police and give as much details as possible about the money you were conned into paying this company, their contact details etc.
You may report the fraud online here:
