I drive a company vehicle which was caught on a fixed camera

Customer Question

I drive a company vehicle which was caught on a fixed camera for speeding. The NIP was issued to my Company on 23rd Sept (incident was 18th Sept). They filled it in and returned it as being the driver the same day. I have only just recieved the NIP 3 weeks later (14th Sept dated 13th Sept) Is the 14 day rule still valid? Or does the NIP stand because the first one was issued to my Company on time?
Many thanks
