Customer Question

Hope you are well
Our business is located on a private road shared by us as well as a car showroom (as well as other companies on the estate).
Now the car showroom only has a small unit which contains about 3 cars that they are selling, and the rest of the cars (approx 30 more) are just parked permanently around the estate on the private road.
This has caused hassle for our staff and clients finding a car park space to visit us
We do not mind if the car showroom parks his cars there but if the cars are there 24/7 and are all for sale then that means he is using the road space to conduct business, instead of using it to park is cars on a temporary basis.
What would you recommend and would we have a case against this
Thank you
