my sports club has a proposal to increase the water supply

Customer Question

my sports club has a proposal to increase the water supply to our sports field. The proposed new supply will need to run along the edge of our local leisure centre sports field. They have welcomed our scheme and will not stand in our way. However they are leasing the land from the local council and we are told that we need to obtain an easement. My questions are :-
How do we go about this easement do we instruct a solicitor to draw one up for the leisure centre or the local council. Also what about approx cost
