Customer Question

On the 9th September 2014 while waiting at traffic lights under Three bridges railway bridge in Crawley West Sussex a train passed over and the next I heard was a banging noise from the top of my car.
When I was able to pull over there was pieces of slate on the roof of my car that had come from the bridge.
After examining my car I noticed dents and scratches on the roof.
I reported it to Network rail on 10th September 2014 and spoke to a lady named Paige.
I got a quote for the damage to the car.
The quote came to £2000.00
Every time I drive under the bridge I feel nervous.
Network rail have offered £2000.00 for full and final settlement.
Do you think I should ask Network Rail for more?
