A property is owned by A and (the title is unregistered).

This answer was rated:

A property is owned by A and B (the title is unregistered). B dies and the joint tenancy was severed and the property before B's death was held as tenants in common. A is the executor of B's estate. Is Limited Title Guarantee appropriate where the sale is by the sole survivor?

Hello and thanks for using Just Answer.

My name is ***** ***** am happy to assist you with your enquiry.

The legal title of the property passes to A on B's death, and therefore A will need to sell with Full TItle Guarantee.

I hope this assists and answers your question.

Kind Regards
