Hello and thanks for using Just Answer.
My name is ***** ***** am happy to assist you with your enquiry.
Most companies will assist you in letting you have the necessary paperwork. Can I ask which Company you are using?
Kind Regards

I am using Smart Insurance. They have suggested I seek legal advice but have not suggested anything regarding paperwork?

If you give me a few minutes, I will come back to you.
Kind Regards
a Solicitor is likely to charge you £150-200 plus VAT to prepare the Trust document you both will need to sign.
If you are feeling adventurous, most of the larger Life Companies have their own form, and they are more or less all the same, so you could copy one from the internet.
I set out one for you- Scottish Provident-
(You will need to copy and paste the above link).
I hope this assists and answers your question.
Kind Regards

Hi Al
This is so helpful. Thanks so much.
Just to be clear, if we completed the attachment and sent it to our insurers, it would regarded as a legally binding document?
Kind regards
Hi Mona,
You are indeed correct- as long as you send it to Smart Insurance, they will not their records to show the Policy is held in trust.
Kind Regards
