Hi, I went to a photo shoot with my son today and agreed to purchase some of the pictures. Basically, I agreed a package and price, paid a deposit and agreed to pay the balance tomorrow. I've come home and realised that they only showed me 17 of the 51 taken. I'd like to request I see the others before I pay. Or is there a cooling off period in which I am able to change my mind, under consumer law? I did find that their policy to have an on the spot decision otherwise all pictures would be deleted odd and questioned if this was best practice. Any help appreciated.
