Customer Question

I would like to know now if I do have a case for a claim to be made.As the item iMac was bought in the UK (England). Apple show that any apple product bought in Wales or England has a 6 year warranty. Why am I being told that this Mac is Vintage model and therefore cannot be repaired as there are no repair parts available. So it appears like there is only a Refund/Replacement available but that is is also being ignored by Apple.

Hello my name is ***** ***** I will help you with this.

Alex Watts :

Were you given a 6 years warranty because as an Imac owner its a 12 month Apple warranty that can be extended to 3 years with Applecare?
