It has just come to light that a beneficiary of a will has not received the money that was left to him. The Executor has stated that he was not entitled to the money. Ten years on he has still not received it. What can he do?

He can sue the executor and let the court decide whether he's entitled to the legacy. I assume the beneficiary has only just found out about this.
